How Many Electrons Would It Take To Equal The Mass Of A Helium Nucleus?

Because of this, there are many ways to measure the mass of a nucleus. Two common methods use different lengths of hollow carbon chains called π-chains. One uses 6 π-chains and the other uses 12. Both methods require special equipment to use correctly, so do not make the mistake of using too many π-chains or too few.

This is also why there are so many ways to measure the mass of a nucleus! Many found that using different lengths of π-chains did not affect one anothers measurements.

Understanding electron masses

However, the strength of that tiny mass is what makes an electron such a powerful particle. An electron has a negative charge, which puts enough force to hold onto one of its constituent parts—the negative end of the electromagnetic spectrum.

Like other particles, an electron can exist as a c-type or p-type atom respectively. But in this case, the location of its nucleus affects which type it becomes.

Anc-centers are found in positive atoms such as helium and uranium; ap-centers are found in negative atoms such as radium and thorium.

Comparing to hydrogen nuclei

As mentioned earlier, helium nuclei consist of a relatively small amount of protons and neutrons. This is due to the fact that helium is a very rare element.

What about neutrons?

If you were to place an atom in water, where its electrons would be responsible for transmitting electricity, a neutron would be able to wander around freely and settle in an empty space without affecting the stability of the water.

This wouldn’t happen if an electron were changed into a neutron, as that wouldn’t affect its charge.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen at all in nature.

The answer!

The answer is nearly infinity, so we will not worry about that for now. The mass of the Helium Nucleus is nearly equal to the mass of the electron, so it does not take much.

The rest of the elements were made with smaller amounts of electron. The smallest amount was technetium, which had a tiny amount found in a bone.

But because we can measure such a small amount, technetium has a name: tesatuxic acid.

In order for there to be any life, there needs to be sufficient mass for it. The more atoms you have, the more life you can have.

The smaller the nucleus, the less mass it has, and the simpler their laws of physics can be. This is why certain sub-atomic particles have names like protons and neutrons!

Theoretically, there could be a single heavy nucleus that exists alongside the two normal ones. This would serve as a storage facility for all of our matter’s energy. However, this hypothetical heavy nucleus would remain undetected until it suddenly exploded or was removed by someone.
